Free shipping on orders over $75 within the United States. No exceptions, big sets included.

Processing time: Orders ship within 1 business day.

Carriers: We ship with USPS and UPS, depending on the size of your order. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Orders under $75: Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Where we ship: We currently ship within the United States only.

Packaging: Sets ship in sturdy boxes with padding to protect the box corners. Minifigures and polybags ship in protective mailers.

Damaged or lost packages: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and the item, and we'll make it right.
